THREE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES!!
The OTA Board of Trustees is looking to fill three positons. One new opening is for a Volunteer Coordinator. Other openings include Marketing & Imaging Manager (current staff member will be leaving to pursue personal endeavors) and Business Manager (current staff member may need to step away from the fast pace at OTA).
Job descriptions for these positions are outlined below:
- OTA is seeking a part time Volunteer Coordinator. Candidates must be proficient in database management and MS Excel and Outlook. Individuals must be outgoing, motivating, available, personable, and possess good communication and people skills. Hours are flexible and may include nights or evenings. - OTA is seeking a part time Marketing & Imaging Manager. Candidates must be proficient in MS Office, especially Publisher and possess excellent writing skills. Familiarity with Word Press and email marketing is a plus as well. Individuals must be artistic, energetic and have good design sensibilities and people skills. OTA is interested in expanding our successful Children’s Theatre Program. Part time opportunities with flexible hours are available as follows:
- OTA is seeking instructors for its Children’s Theatre Program. Candidates must have experience in working with children and in theatre and/or performing arts. The program offers one and two week long workshops throughout the year and weekly class sessions. Ages of students range from 6 to 18. Individuals may apply for an assistant director position working in existing classes or as a head director of a specific age group or discipline.
