Children’s Theatre

OTA Children’s Theatre offers one week workshops during school holiday breaks and ten week class sessions after school between holiday breaks. There are also production opportunities during the summer months.

This ten week class session explores the wonders of creative story-telling and theatre basics through imaginative, interactive games. The final class ends with a showcase presentation to parents and invited guests where these enthusiastic thespians show us what they have learned.

Theatre builds confidence, it empowers children to express themselves and teaches them to collaborate with a team to tell a story.

BUILDING CHARACTER  class session begins September 19, 3:30 to 5:30, ages 8 to 18build character

A ten class session for youth dives deep into the acting essentials of character development and self-confidence. Includes a special performance with for the  Grand Olympics Chorus “Harvest of Harmony” fundraiser and the a downtown “Walking in Character” outing on Halloween day!
